Yulia Rothenberg

artist, dreamer, maker, designer, creator, curator, tinkerer, environmentalist, fixer

Ever since I can remember, art was all around. Life and art are always intertwined in my life. I love to doodle, sew, knit, draw, photograph, design, and of course, making jewelry. I have been making jewelry since the 1980s and managed a bead shop in Boston and taught jewelry and design classes. The beauty of natural stones inspires many of my creations, and the rocks from the beaches of Cape Cod and the Seacoast are a prominent part of my collection. I am also inspired by what’s at hand, using natural materials and recycling.
