Jeff Spires and Spires Creative Media (home to Spires Video Services) has been a resident of Dover since 2001. The downtown production studio, located in the Franklin Plaza across from Janetos Market, caters to corporate and consumer video media production and has been producing content for the Seacoast since 1994. Recent film productions include "Rocketship" (2014 NHFF Best Short Film winner), "Bighorn" (2013 Film of the Year at Monroe, MI Custer Festival), "The Norman Rockwell Code" (2006 Entertainment Weekly's Must List), and the most recent film "Split Ticket" (2017 New England Film Festival Audience Award Winner.)
